GAMES / LAB / PUBLISHING

WE HELP
UNUSUAL GAMES
BECOME REAL.

Pixudi is an independent game company that develops, incubates and publishes original games — from the first playable idea to launch and beyond.

Built by people who still make games.

THE PIXUDI IDEA

GAMES SHOULD START
WITH AN IDEA, NOT A SPREADSHEET.

Technology is a tool. Genre is not a cage. We care about the thing that makes somebody stop, look again and ask: “What is that?”

WE MAKE GAMES TOO

A publisher with
skin in the game.

We work through the same production problems as the teams we partner with. Our own games are not decoration — they are the reason Pixudi understands the work.

A multiplayer board-game universe built around characters, collectibles, events and worlds that keep changing.

THE NEXT
WORLD IS
ALREADY OPENING.

A new original game is in development inside Pixudi. We are keeping the name, world and details behind the curtain for now.

THE PIXUDI PATH

Come in earlier.

You do not need a polished vertical slice to start a conversation. We want to meet good ideas while they are still becoming games.

PIXUDI LAB

Too early for a publisher?

Talk to us anyway.

Game jam build. Broken prototype. Strange mechanic. A promising vertical slice. If there is something alive in it, we want to see it.

THE PART NOBODY PUTS IN THE TRAILER

YOU STARTED MAKING A GAME.
THEN YOU UNLOCKED A DOZEN OTHER JOBS.

Building the game is hard enough. Shipping it quietly adds company setup, accounting, contracts, Steamworks, ratings, pitch decks, investors, press, creators, keys, travel, localisation, QA and launch operations to the same brain.

PIXUDI EXISTS FOR THIS PART

Your first game should not require your first law firm, PR agency, publishing department and travel desk.

We have had to learn the same systems, paperwork, platform rules, outreach and launch logistics while making our own games. You do not need to repeat every wrong turn just to reach the same door.

LEARN FROM OUR SCARS, NOT YOURS. ↘

THE GAME DEV ICEBERG

PLAYERS SEE THE GAME.
YOU HAVE TO SHIP THE WHOLE ICEBERG.

Art, code and design are only the visible part. Under the surface sits the work that can quietly consume months: company setup, budgets, platforms, ratings, contracts, creators, QA, localisation, travel, keys, support and launch operations.

Pixudi's job is not to make this disappear.

It is to stop you from carrying all of it alone.

TWO TRACKS / ONE LAUNCH

You keep building.
We keep the release moving.

Pixudi does not replace the creator. We take on, coordinate or guide the work around the creator so the team can spend more of its best time on the game.

THE SIMPLE VERSION

We take care of almost everything around development.

Your game, creative direction and core development stay with you. That is the point: more of your best hours go into the thing only your team can make.

AND IF DEVELOPMENT ITSELF NEEDS HELP?

We can step in there too.

Our team has been building games for 7+ years. When a project needs extra hands, we can support prototyping, gameplay and systems work, technical problem-solving, integrations, debugging and production rescue — without taking the game away from its creators.

7+YEARS
BUILDING GAMES

RECEIPTS, NOT ADJECTIVES

We have been on both sides of the build.

Pixudi is not a publishing shell built around a pitch deck. The team comes from actually making games, operating a live product and solving the same production mess we are offering to help with.

Technology is useful when it serves the game — never because the label sounds impressive.
BUILT BY PEOPLE WHO STILL MAKE GAMES. SEE THE WORK ↗
01

FOUNDATION

Make the project real on paper.

The game exists. The company, admin and paperwork do not.

  • Company / legal-entity setup coordination
  • Accounting & bookkeeping handoff
  • Contracts, IP and admin checklists
  • Payments, invoicing and operating basics
  • Budget & runway planning
02

PRODUCTION & PEOPLE

Stop solving every missing skill alone.

Scope grows, milestones drift, and suddenly you need three people you did not know you needed.

  • Roadmap and milestone planning
  • Scope and production reviews
  • Team-gap and outsourcing strategy
  • Contractor / vendor coordination
  • Playtesting and feedback loops
  • Hands-on development support when needed
03

FUNDING & PARTNERS

Make the game understandable to money.

A good game does not automatically become a good pitch.

  • Pitch deck and narrative
  • Budget and milestone materials
  • Investor / partner preparation
  • Meeting support and follow-up
  • Introductions where relevant
04

STORE & PLATFORMS

Turn a build into something people can buy.

Steamworks alone can feel like a second product.

  • Steam app and store-page workflow
  • Copy, screenshots and capsule planning
  • Build / branch / release checklists
  • Age-rating and questionnaire guidance
  • Keys, review copies and platform admin
05

STORY & AUDIENCE

Give people a reason to notice.

“Post more” is not a marketing strategy.

  • Positioning and message
  • Press kit, news and announcements
  • Trailer / key-art direction
  • X, Reddit, Discord and community map
  • Creators, press and outreach lists
06

LAUNCH & BEYOND

Do not improvise the last 30 days.

Release is a pile-up of tiny tasks that all become urgent at once.

  • QA and localisation coordination
  • Launch calendar and review-key plan
  • Showcases, events and travel support
  • Conference / partner representation
  • Post-launch communication and next steps

THE REAL SHORTCUT

We do not promise to turn a three-year game into a one-year game.

We can remove months of avoidable research, setup, dead ends and “why did nobody tell me this earlier?” work. The speed comes from not learning the entire publishing business from scratch while you are also trying to finish the game.

Show us what exists ↗

Legal, accounting and other regulated professional services may be coordinated with qualified external partners where required. Pixudi's role can vary by project and agreement.

HOW THE RELATIONSHIP CAN GROW

Start where you are.

The support above can begin as early guidance, grow into incubation, or become a full publishing relationship. The stage changes; the principle does not: keep the creator focused on the game.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

WE HAVEN'T
SEEN BEFORE.

It can be the mechanic, the world, the art direction, the way a story is told, or a technology used for a reason.

PORTAL RELICS / FUTURE COLLECTION

The portal becomes
a Pixudi signature.

We keep the strongest piece of the old Multiverse mythology and remove the chain-logo noise. The portal is now a symbol for worlds, creators and ideas crossing into something new.
